Delete your account

You can delete your PartyVerse account, and the data that comes with it, whenever you want.

Write to us

• Send an email to proyectoxapp.oficial@gmail.com from the email address of your account (the Google account you sign in with).
• Put "Delete my account" in the subject, and your @username if you have one.
• We delete the account within 30 days and write back when it's done.

Or do it in the app

Open PartyVerse, go to the You tab and tap Delete account. It is deleted right away, together with everything the app sent from that phone.

What is deleted

• Your account: your Google account ID, email, name, @username, birthday, country, avatar colour and language.
• The sign-in of every phone where you used it.
• The copy of your groups and favourite packs, your friends and friend requests, your blocks, the reports you sent, and the notification addresses of your phones.

What stays

Numbers that don't say who anyone is, like how many players took on the daily cards. Cards you suggested that are already part of PartyVerse stay in the game.

Reports that other people made about you stay with your @username, so we can keep others safe.

What the app sends while you play isn't linked to your account, so we can't find it from your email: "Delete my data" in the You tab deletes it.
